- Set up dealer performance for budget and service and manage market strategy & plan - Assist all dealerships as a professional After Sales Consultant - Manage and secure service quality by reviewing reports and customer satisfaction studies - Derive and agree on measures to improve the dealer performance - Conduct initial dealer assessments and identify potential for improvement
