본문Position : Teamleader Industrial Engineering Location: 경남 창원 타겟 : 12년차 이상 차,부장급 연봉 : 차장 7,500~ 부장 8,500~ 수준 협의 연봉 : 초임기준 사원4,5000 대리 5,500 과장 6,500수준 협의 승진연한 : 사원3 대리4 과장 4 차장 5 16년차 부장 직무 Steers the continuous improvement, development and adjustment of the Schaeffler production system for the assigned part of the organization. Defines measures and ensures their implementation to achieve high productivity of the company's core and support production processes. Leads crucial engineering processes and contributes to strategic decisions. Contributes to the development of the engineering strategy within a core organizational field. Steers alignment of capacity demand, budget and investment projects. 조직에서 할당된 셰플러 생산시스템에 대한 지속적인 개선 및 개발, 조정 생산성 향상을 위한 조치 실행 및 생산프로세스 지원하기 위한 조치를 정의하고 구현 중요한 엔지니어링 프로세스를 리드하고 전략적 결정에 기여 예산 및 투자프로세스 관련 진행 자격 University degree in Engineering 10 years~ English language skill is over midium level. Experience for automation and dizitalization is over 5 years. 4년제 졸업자 (기계공학 우대) 영어 Communication 가능 인원(Speaking & Writing) 10년 이상의 업무 경험 Automation 및 Digitalization 관련 경험 우대 |
