§  Lubricant blending activities

Ø  Support shift leader and back up in his absence

Ø  Conduct lubricant blending work according to blending supervisor and/or lube shift leader’s order to support business demand

Ø  Conduct lubricant blending work in accordance with work procedures and instructions

Ø  Ensure all activities comply with HSSE/Quality requirements, SGBP and other regulations fully

Ø  Maximize lubricant blending productivity by providing diligent labour

Ø  Minimize HSSE/Quality incident caused by human error

Ø  Comply with blending matrix to prevent cross-contamination among products blended in the same blending tank and to maximize blending tank utilization

Ø  Cooperation with other teams to maximize efficiency and to minimize confliction

§  Maintenance : to ensure best condition for lubricant blending facilities

§  Laboratory : to seek opportunities for Quality improvement and cost saving

Ø  Support blending supervisor to prepare for and take various internal and external audits, for example, LOBP OS/Facility Audit, HSSE LOD/1&2 Audit, ISO/IATF and KS Audit, etc

§  Others

Ø  Manage blending facilities according to blending supervisor’s order and maintain facility check list

Ø  Actively participate in CI/Waste Buster activities

Ø  Conduct month end and quarterly stock count activities

Ø  If requested by the company, perform the following tasks and acquire/maintain the necessary qualifications if required

§  Facility management and calibration work

§  Maintain facility check list including hose and filter check list

§  Internal auditor role

§  Dangerous goods safety management

§  Pier safety/security management

§  Hazardous chemical handling management

§  Water/Air quality management

§  Steam/Hot oil boiler management

§  Waste management
