|담당업무||- Contribute to the business planning activities for the Trade Marketing Functions and identify the HR priorities thereby ensuring relevant HR interventions are planned.
- Take responsibility to fully deliver all agreed HR interventions to the function through professional quality ution of HR strategies and processes
- Provide guidance, advice and input to key people decisions within the function, in order to maximise team performance, morale and productivity. To act as the main conduit between the Trade Marketing functions and the HR function.
- Take leading role to fully manage labour and employees relationship
- Contribute to the on-going development of the HR team thereby improving the contribution made by HR to the business.
|경력|| - A degree from a recognised University in a relevant area (OD, Business Admin, psychology, law etc).
- 7~10 years of management experience in the HR / Labour Relationship management function
- Experience in implementing and managing various HR solutions
- Good knowledge in all core HR disciplines (Culture, ER, Labour law, Reward, Talent, Leadership, Learning), in relation to the role of HR Manager
- Fluent in English
