담당업무	investigating and assisting the Insured in mitigation activities, including but not limited to salvage, restoration of production, claims preparation and subrogation; consulting with the Insured’s top management; negotiating with the Insured to reconcile any differences of opinion regarding the loss measurement and/or coverage; maintaining rapport with the Insured to reach an equitable and favourable settlement as promptly as possible; assisting with answering local regulatory queries regarding claims management; conducting pre-loss visits and assisting the Operations Branch Claims Manager in conducting policy holder workshops

· 자격요건
학력	학사 학위 소지자
경력	South Korea adjuster licensing with the FSS is required for this position, often requiring on-going education for annual re-certification; Minimum 5 years adjusting experience; Experience in the South Korean insurance industry is desired; Ability to develop strong relationships with clients; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean; Excellent interpersonal skills, including facilitating and presentation; and Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
