    Key Account Manager

    Job Responsibilities 
    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

    - Drive strong sales growth in key accounts focusing on Samsung and Hyundai by building long term strategic relationship
    - Collaborate with business segments and functions to develop value propositions, strategic customer plans, roadmaps and direction setting
    - Develop an understanding of account needs within the region, key decision makers, applications, products/product development plans and competitive situation
    - Lead customer visits and develop senior level relationships with key stakeholders including cross border coordination for International projects
    - Negotiate pricing and agreements together with segment sales in order to increase share of wallet
    Identify and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
    - Engage account sales management and customer service teams to deliver in both pre/post sale respectively
    - Develop customer insights to uncover needs/strategies and reflect into products, processes and roadmap
    - Convert product ideas into business cases and follow until launch
    - Influence and mobilize internal sales teams in each segment as one team to maximize customer experience

    Background & Skills
    The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

    - Master/Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent (Master preferred)
    - Minimum 7 years key account sales and/or engineering experience
    - Strong industrial knowledge a MUST – solid networking with end users, consultants,  EPCs and international corporations
    - Good track record in sales and market development
    - Strategic communicator with a good level of experience in managing matrix stakeholders
    - Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
    - Good level of English proficiency
