Position : PMO Profess.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support the development of relevant processes, methods and tools

Analyze, evaluate, and improve utilized processes, methods and tools in the R&D areas

Rollout and support of processes, methods and tools in (mechatronic) development areas

Create/adjust PMT training material and hold trainings to qualify R&D employees

Consult and coach development teams in the application of processes, methods and tools

Communicate and align with global PMT/PMO network and ensure PMT solutions match with local customer and legal requirements

Coordinate and moderate reviews

Provide reporting to management to share status information and/or to highlight risks and issues

Support global harmonization and standardization of processes, methods and tools

Review process conformity based on assessments methods (like e.g., Automotive SPICE) and support audits

연구개발 분야에서 활용되는 프로세스, 방법 및 도구의 분석, 평가 및 개선

(메카트로닉) 개발 영역의 프로세스, 방법 및 도구 롤아웃 및 지원

PMT 교육자료 작성/조정 및 R&D 적격자 교육 실시

프로세스, 방법 및 도구의 적용에 있어 개발 팀과 상담 및 코칭

글로벌 PMT/PMO 네트워크와 통신 및 조정하고 PMT 솔루션이 현지 고객 및 법적 요구 사항과 일치하는지 확인

검토 조정 및 중간 정도

경영진에게 보고를 제공하여 상태 정보를 공유하거나 위험 및 문제를 강조합니다

프로세스, 방법 및 도구의 글로벌 조화 및 표준화 지원

평가 방법(예: Automotive SPICE) 및 지원 감사를 기반으로 프로세스 적합성 검토

Your Qualifications 

Academic degree in Engineering, Business Studies or similar

Experience in Project Management

Experience in engineering product development

Excellent communication and presentation skills and cooperative working attitude

Fluent English - written and spoken

Analytical and structural thinking and acting

자격

공학, 경영학 또는 이와 유사한 분야의 학위

프로젝트 관리 경험

엔지니어링 제품 개발 경험

우수한 커뮤니케이션 및 프레젠테이션 능력과 협력적인 업무 태도
