Key Responsibilities:

• investigating and assisting the Insured in mitigation activities, including but not limited to salvage, restoration of production, claims preparation and subrogation;

·    consulting with the Insured’s top management;

• negotiating with the Insured to reconcile any differences of opinion regarding the loss measurement and/or coverage;

• maintaining rapport with the Insured in order to reach an equitable and favourable settlement as promptly as possible;

·     extensive traveling, occasionally at short notice.

Position Requirements:

·         a good class Engineering degree or other related discipline;

·         at least 8 years of post-graduate engineering and/or insurance industry experience;

·         excellent written and communication skills in English;

·         an ability to develop strong relationships with clients;

·         excellent organizational and time-management skills.

·         Must have South Korea’s loss adjuster license.
