Packaging Planner
- Responsible for purchasing packages and controlling the adequate stock
- Enforce that service provider performs as per contractual agreement and drive contract management excellence through setting clear KPI, monthly review, QPR, CI initiatives etc.
- Enhance the suppliers to conduct HSSE policy
- Analyse the cost of materials and maintain competitiveness
- Analyse the root cause of defected package and develop the corrective actions
- Cooperate with the material tech team and quality teams to support suppliers to a successful transition of new materials
- Implement the contract process for packaging materials with the Company CP lead
- Coordinate supply of new designs with markers in timely
- Key focus on reporting Packaging Quality Incidents via Traq process and consolidating monthly cumulative PDR record sharing with QC team for integrity check
- Cascade monthly cumulative PDR performance to each supplier per packaging type
Export Planner
- Lead the entire export process of taking orders, sourcing, producing, and dispatching in the most effective way
- Proactively identify areas that could cause customer dissatisfaction and proactively coordinate to resolve them and proactively inform e.g. stock-outs, delivery problems and Invoice accuracy
- Enforce that service provider performs as per contractual agreement and drive contract management excellence through setting clear KPI, monthly review, QPR, CI initiatives etc.
- Support to set up a new networking business with a profitable cost
- Control STEM issues for export business with the regional networking team
- Support in setting up network export TnR and monitor monthly spend for cost appraisal with LSC focal.
- Work closely with regional network optimization such as global LSC marine, int’l marine CO, SMP, STASCO to support the international marine business

- Recognize the trend of the packaging material industry enough and secure the stable supply
- Understand the strategy of supply, production, and shipment to meet the integrated requirements in LSC
- Coach suppliers to succeed in Management of Change in timely
- Handle customer complaints and develop the improvements Engross in finding new improvements
- Experience/knowledge in international trading
- Basics of Supply Chain processes related to procurement, executing order fulfillment, order management, inventory etc
- Project management skills and CI mindset
- Skilled in management of service providers and suppliers
- Speak, Read and Write in English – Business Fluency.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of packaging materials
