연봉 : 차장  7,500~ 부장 8,500~ 수준 협의

연봉 : 초임기준 사원4,5000  대리 5,500 과장 6,500수준 협의

승진연한 : 사원3 대리4 과장 4 차장 5 16년차 부장

직무

Implements production standards, and oversees, coordinates and continuously improves all production operations to achieve KPIs, for a single segment in a plant assigned.

Implements methods, guidelines and procedures, and manages the production processes to achieve KPIs agreed.

Ensures continuous improvement, renewal and maintenance of all production equipment (including tools) assigned.

Ensures proper quality management and quality assurance operations.

Ensures fine-scheduling, sequencing and approval of production orders, allocates resources, closes or reschedules production orders, if needed.

Continuously develops own organization, and strives for improvements in QCD.

생산 표준 구현하고, 할당된 공장의 단일 세그먼트에 대해 KPI를 달성하기 위해 

모든 생산 작업을 감독, 조정 및 지속적 개선

방법, 지침 및 절차를 구현하고 생산 프로세스를 관리하여 합의된 KPI를 달성

할당된 모든 생산 장비(공구 포함)의 지속적인 개선, 갱신 및 유지보수 보장

적절한 품질 관리 및 품질 보증 운영을 보장

생산 주문의 미세한 스케줄링, 시퀀스 및 승인을 보장하고, 필요한 경우 리소스를 할당하고, 

생산 주문을 마감하거나 일정을 변경.

조직의 지속적 개발, QCD 개선 위해 노력 

자격

Bachelor degree in Engineering, or Production Engineering

5 to 10 years experience in Production management

Native Korean & English communication available

공학 또는 생산 공학 학사 학위

5년에서 10년간 운영 관리 경험

영어 커뮤니케이션 가능

Lean 프로젝트 경험 선호
